An anti-tamper software for Bytronics weigh scales ensures reliable measurements, data security, and compliance by safeguarding against unauthorized changes or interference.This software protects the scale’s operations and data integrity, offering peace of mind for users in trade, logistics, or industrial settings.
The primary objective of this IoT monitoring system is to:
- Detect and report tampering activities such as enclosure opening and unauthorized calibration attempts.
- Monitor scale power status.
- Track the device's location via GPS.
- Complement the physical Weights and Measures seal with an electronic traceable activity log.
- Provide a cloud-backed interface for monitoring activities across regions and nationally.
The device can be fitted in hanging scales, digital indicators to deter fraudulent calibration of weighing scales with the aim of stealing. It is currently approved to be fitted to BWS-HTR 150 and BWS-LP7651 hanging scales.
